Introductory calls allow you to present your project to Diana and receive feedback first-hand from her. She will study what is most convenient for you and write a collaboration proposal so we can help you in the best way
Diana began her career at Oscar De La Renta in New York, followed working at Alexander Wang. Diana had the opportunity to also work for a Chinese multinational, Pacific Union Group, where she was responsible for the accessories and footwear department. After 4 years of work experience, Diana founded her first brand, which would unknowingly start the consultancy that today she carries out together with her team: Diana Yanes Consulting.
Diana Yanes Consulting has worked for companies such as Philipp Plein, Hogan, Santoni, La Fille des Fleurs, Medicell Pharmaceutical, among many others. Depending on the project, Diana manages to carry out between 10 and 20 projects a year, and the other projects, even though she is always involved, are carried out by her team.
Since 2018 we have made more than 50 collections.
Depending on the project, however our essence is to work in freedom, and we are a company run through holacracy. We have a cloud where all the shared files are, a WhatsApp group, and we have regular meetings on Zoom to be able to coordinate. In any case, from the beginning of the project it is clear who is in charge of what, and we just give the best out of all of us.
Not at the moment, however in the one-on-one mentoring hours we can give advice in this regard.

About what we do
It consists of designing with the circularity of the product in mind, from its conception to the end of its life. This takes into account not only the design, but the choice of materials and components that reflect this philosophy, as well as production processes.
To understand your brand's DNA and needs, we make an introductory call. Once we start working, your brand is involved throughout the entire process to make sure everything goes according to plan.
We generally do two rounds of changes, if more are needed, they are quoted separately.
The brand is 100% involved throughout the process. We give the initial suggestions, which arise from the result of our introductory call, but at the end of each phase the project is presented to the client who always has the last word.
The first two rounds of changes are included on the project. From then on, yes. That quote is given at the moment the entire project quote is made.
Not necessarily. We believe that excluding brands for not wanting to have a circular design makes no sense. Many times on the part of the brand there is a very great ignorance of the meaning, application and benefits of sustainability, and we believe that working hand in hand is the best way to make them discover it. We don't try to make them change their minds, but surely we like to show them our world and how it works.
It begins by understanding the DNA of the brand and its needs through a questionnaire, from which we search for trends for the region and the target market of your company. We present the moodboards that are subject to approval. Once this part of the process is approved, we work on the concept of the collection, which is again presented to the client, and once the designs are approved and refined, we create around 30% more of the quantity required, so that they can choose,. There we carry out the first phase of change. After the modifications are made, we reach a second and final phase of changes. If you want to make other additional changes, they have an extra cost.
The final project is delivered with: trend search, collection concept, designs, 2d renders and technical tabs.
It lasts three months.
Each of our services is made to measure so the quotes are personalized.
The collection can be our own, if the company wants to have our name behind it, or it can be theirs and our name does not appear. These are details that are covered in each contract and they are all different.
Thanks to the experience of more than 10 years in the industry, Diana has built her reputation as a designer, this makes a collection made by Diana very well appreciated by all her followers, who are located between Latin America, the United States and Europe.
In addition, thanks to all the experience she has and the multifaceted style that she has developed through her travels, you get a sellable conceptual collection that has a high technical quality. Diana has been in the factories and understands this processes, something that many designers are not very clear about. This implies that complicated things to do are created in practical terms as it implies long times, high costs or unrealistic ideas. In addition, you will always have Diana by your side, accompanying you throughout the process.
Each contract has its modality, there are some contracts that imply that Diana or someone from the team travels to present the meetings, in other cases clients can come to the office. Although most of the meetings are held through the Zoom platform since they are international calls.

Embracing Sustainability
Initially, we ask for information on all the processes carried out in the company, from the search for raw materials to the shipment of the product. Once all this information is read and known, it will proceed to evaluate what changes can be implemented taking into account the time and investment capital that the company has allocated to this. Finally, everything indicated is delivered in a report in which we establish the necessary maneuvers to improve the company's processes. During this time, three meetings are established, a first one where the company explains their processes; a second in which Diana, as an expert in sustainability, makes a review together with the representatives of the company and a final one in which the changes are presented. Once the last meeting is reached, it is the representatives' decision if they want to initiate the changes on their own or if they want us to carry out the execution plan for the company and put it into operation.
In this service we include a review of the processes that the company has, the types of materials, its allies, among others. This is evaluated to understand how they can have a more sustainable process. A final report is prepared, which is delivered to the company so that it knows and takes into account everything that is indicated by the evaluator. In turn, it includes 3 meetings with our sustainability expert, Diana, the first introductory, the second review and a third in which the conclusions are delivered and the actions that should be taken are highlighted.

Countries usually grant some facilities to companies that seek to make their processes more sustainable. In addition, the most recent market analyzes position the sustainability of a brand as an important factor for consumers, so making these changes will allow you to find a greater number of potential customers.
